Cat Boarding

The cat boarding facility at our clinic offers a comfortable, friendly and safe home away from home for your furry friend.

If you’re looking to take a well deserved break or need to head away on a business trip, our dedicated cat boarding facility offers you complete peace of mind. If your kitten or cat falls ill whilst you are away, they will receive the best care with trained veterinary nurses and veterinarians available to help.

All cats in the facility must be up to date with their F3 vaccination (at least 1 week before coming in to boarding) and have a current vaccination certificate. They also must be up to date with flea and worming prevention and have a receipt or packaging as proof that they are protected. If you would like your cat to have their health check and vaccination with one of our veterinarians, please ensure you make an appointment prior to the cattery admission date.

Our facility contains individual, comfy condos to keep your cat safe and happy while they stay with us. Our skilled nurses are experienced with handling, feeding and caring for cats. We also provide various forms of enrichment to keep your cat fit both physically and mentally.  

We are a cat friendly clinic that believes in providing a low stress environment for our boarding cats. We use Feliway pheromone diffusers in our boarding areas and cat waiting area to help them feel more relaxed.

We stock Zylkene, a natural supplement for stress. If you have a cat that is known to become stressed in boarding or a cat who can be a little anxious and hasn’t been in boarding before, we recommend purchasing Zylkene and begin giving it 5-7 days prior to coming into boarding. This is not a requirement for boarding but can help your cat settle into boarding more easily. If you would like more information regarding Zylkene please speak to one of our nurses.
